Manufactured for Storage, Handling and Protection

Warehouse containers are used when products need more protection and stability than a standard pallet can provide. Depending on the application, our warehouse containers can be manufactured with enclosed sides, reinforced bases and removable sections for efficiency and product protection.

In warehouse and manufacturing settings, products are often handled repeatedly using forklifts, pallet trucks or manual movements between product stages. Our warehouse containers are designed to withstand this type of repeated handling, with reinforced bases, structural timber frames and load-rated construction where required.

Where products are stored for longer periods or moved through multiple stages of a supply chain, then containers can be designed to maintain stability under stacking loads. This helps maximise available warehouse space whilst reducing the risk of product damage from compression or shifting during storage.

Forklift access can also be integrated into the warehouse container design as well as container dimensions, base construction and entry points which can all be customised. This includes:

All warehouse containers are manufactured from our facility in Liverpool with delivery and collection options available.

Our in-house manufacturing allows us to control the quality, lead times, and exact specifications, and we can also manufacture warehouse containers using a range of timber and plywood materials.

Our warehouse containers can also be produced using ISPM-15 heat-treated timber for export applications.

ISPM-15 Compliant Warehouse Containers

If you need warehouse containers for international shipping, we can manufacture them using ISPM-15 compliant heat-treated timber.

ISPM-15 is the international standard recognised for the treatment of solid wood packaging materials used for export. Many countries will require all timber packaging, pallets, cases and containers to be heat-treated and marked before they can be imported.

Each cradle pallet is built around load, creating a secure base that holds cylindrical, rolled, coiled or uneven products firmly in place from dispatch.

Cradle pallets must match the diameter, weight and handling method. We design every pallet to prevent rolling during transit, distribute weight evenly, withstand lifting, stacking and long distance transport and integrate with strapping and export packing.
