Heavy-Duty Corrugated

Our reinforced corrugated packaging uses double and triple-wall board grades and we create transit packaging that performs under pressure from stacking.

Plywood and Timber Cases

We manufacture bespoke timber and plywood cases manufactured for high durability and compliance.

All export timber can be heat-treated to ISPM-15 standards.

Industrial Pallets

We supply both new and used timber pallets that are refurbished to a high standard.

Custom pallet dimensions are also an option with us, which improve container fill rates and ensure safer weight distribution. For export, pallets are heat-treated and stamped to international compliance standards.

Load containment systems including pallet wrap and industrial strapping which we offer can further secure goods during long-distance shipment.

Glass Stillage and A-Frames

We design and manufacture heavy-duty A-frames and stillages engineered for structural stability and repeated use and minimise breakage risk whilst also allowing for safe handling and efficient vehicle loading.

If you are shipping machinery, steel components, fabricated parts or awkward assemblies, you’re probably using heavy corrugated, pallets, plywood cases or A-frames and they need to be strong, but that other factors are important to stay compliant.

We will look at the load, how it’s handled, how far it’s travelling, whether it’s going export, and design around that. Sometimes that will mean a reinforced heavy-duty carton on a properly specified pallet. Sometimes it is a plywood case with internal bracing and so on, so everything we manufacture is built for purpose.
